We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior
Project Manager - Engineering to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Project
Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing engineering
activities throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will be crucial in
solving engineering challenges and ensuring the successful execution of complex
construction projects.

Collaborate with Project
Managers and Clients, actively participating in project meetings and providing
engineering insights.
·
Interface with Authorities
for Permit and Land Coordinator for acquisition, ensuring compliance with
regulations and requirements.
·
Allocate and manage
resources based on project needs, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
·
Generate comprehensive
progress reports for the Project Manager, highlighting areas of concern and
proposing effective solutions.
·
Identify and manage
external interfaces to ensure seamless integration and coordination.
·
Coordinate and direct
internal engineers and draughtsmen, providing guidance and support throughout
the engineering process.
·
Organize and oversee
document control activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely
delivery.
·
Support Procurement
activities by preparing Material Requisitions, conducting Technical Bid
Evaluations, and facilitating supplier follow-up.
·
Perform troubleshooting and
de-bottlenecking of pipeline designs to optimize production efficiency.
·
Conduct thorough quality
checks on drawings and other project documents before issuance, verifying
design accuracy and data completeness.
·
Foster collaboration with
other disciplines to achieve an integrated design that meets project
requirements.
·
Liaise with site engineers
and construction managers to facilitate procurement activities and ensure
smooth project execution.
·
Manage design changes and
technical queries, both internally and with clients, while minimizing cost and
schedule impacts.
·
Plan and execute
engineering reviews, verifications, and validations to maintain the highest
quality standards.
·
Evaluate comments on
documents returned from clients, identifying potential cost and schedule
implications.
·
Prepare As-Built documents
and assess the impact of changes on overall project deliverables.
·
Compile and organize the
engineering final dossier, ensuring all required documentation is complete and
accurate.
Requirements:
·
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering or a related field.·
Proficient in written and
spoken English; knowledge of Italian is preferred.·
Minimum of ten years of
engineering experience with a focus on pipeline projects.
·
At least five years of
experience in a managerial or leadership role.
·
Strong interpersonal and
communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse
teams.
·
Highly self-motivated,
proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
