We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing civil engineering projects, ensuring their successful execution from conception to completion. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams, including engineers, designers, and construction personnel.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments to assess project viability and identify potential challenges.
• Prepare and review engineering designs, calculations, and specifications, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to develop integrated project designs that meet client requirements.
• Coordinate and liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement corrective measures to mitigate risks and ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality control measures, and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support during the tendering and bidding process, including reviewing and evaluating contractor proposals and participating in negotiations.
• Prepare and review project budgets, estimates, and cost control measures to ensure projects are delivered within approved financial parameters.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in civil engineering to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure and construction projects.
