Key responsibilities:

• Develop And Implement Logistics Strategies And Initiatives To Optimize Transportation, Warehousing, And Distribution Operations.
• Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) And Metrics To Measure Logistics Performance And Identify Areas For Improvement.
• Identify Opportunities For Supply Chain Optimization And Cost Reduction Through Route Optimization, Inventory Management, And Process Improvements.
• Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Streamline Supply Chain Processes And Enhance Efficiency And Agility.
• Manage Relationships With Logistics Service Providers, Carriers, And Third-Party Vendors To Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Are Met And Performance Objectives Are Achieved.
• Negotiate Contracts And Pricing Agreements To Achieve Cost Savings And Service Enhancements.
• Oversee Inventory Management Processes, Including Forecasting, Demand Planning, And Inventory Optimization, To Minimize Stockouts And Excess Inventory.
• Implement Inventory Tracking Systems And Procedures To Ensure Accurate Inventory Levels And Timely Replenishment.
• Ensure Compliance With Transportation Regulations, Customs Requirements, And Industry Standards.
• Identify And Mitigate Logistics-Related Risks, Such As Supply Chain Disruptions, Security Threats, And Compliance Issues.
• Lead And Develop A High-Performing Logistics Team, Providing Guidance, Coaching, And Support To Foster Professional Growth And Engagement.
• Promote A Culture Of Continuous Improvement And Innovation Within The Logistics Organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field; Master's Degree Or Professional Certification (E.G., CSCP, CLTD) Is A Plus.
• Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Logistics Management Or Supply Chain Operations, With At Least 3-5 Years In A Leadership Role.
