As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you're integral to the efficient functioning of our supply chain operations. Your role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless material and product flow, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate procurement of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods from suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.

Monitor inventory levels, aging stock, and stockouts, liaising with suppliers and stakeholders to address supply issues.

Manage purchase orders, invoices, and shipment documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Collaborate with logistics providers to optimize transportation and delivery of materials and products.

Support production scheduling alignment with customer demand and inventory targets.

Conduct supplier performance evaluations and identify improvement opportunities.

Communicate with internal teams to coordinate customer orders and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in supply chain coordination, procurement, or logistics.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Familiarity with supply chain management software and ERP systems.

Knowledge of import/export regulations and international shipping procedures.
