Our client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking Call Centre Agents proficient in both voice/text and back office operations. This role involves providing customer support across various channels, including chat, social media, email, and voice interactions. Candidates must possess strong communication skills in both Arabic and English and be adept at using MS Office/PC tools.

Key responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and issues across multiple communication channels.

Maintain a high level of service quality and professionalism in all interactions.

Utilize keyboard proficiency and MS Office skills to efficiently handle customer requests.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Demonstrate empathy and customer service orientation in every interaction.

Pay attention to detail and strive for results in meeting customer needs.

Continuously learn and enhance knowledge to improve performance.

Successfully complete psychometric tests assessing empathy, customer focus, and problem-solving attitude.

Qualifications:

Saudi Nationals and expatriates from Syria, Egypt, or Jordan are encouraged to apply.

Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Keyboard proficiency with a minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.

Proficiency in MS Office and PC skills.

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.

Ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with colleagues.
