As a Supply Planner, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of supply chain activities to ensure efficient inventory management, fulfillment, cost optimization, and logistics operations. Your responsibilities encompass demand planning support, inventory management, sourcing, logistics, cost management, and supply chain planning.

Key responsibilities:

Support demand planners in reviewing planning and forecasting outputs, communicating key performance indicators (KPIs), and assisting in developing the demand plan.

Develop and implement inventory strategies based on cost-benefit analysis and set KPIs for inventory optimization.

Lead supply planning efforts to fulfill business needs, including identifying and addressing supply constraints and proposing remedial actions.

Assist in setting sourcing strategies, validating assumptions, and assessing suppliers' capabilities against business needs.

Manage transportation logistics, optimize fleets, establish storage strategies, and ensure efficient stock allocation in warehouses.

Apply cost modeling techniques, conduct financial analysis, and identify opportunities to reduce costs and supply risks.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish KPIs for network optimization and lead complex design studies and implementation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field.

2+ years of experience in supply chain management or related fields.

Skills & Competencies:

Great understanding of Incoterms, international trade, and ICC guidelines.

Proficiency in space optimization techniques and handling inbound/outbound cargoes.

Knowledge of multi-tiered supply chain costing models and macro-economic factors.

Familiarity with network optimization frameworks and project management methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in SCM technologies, procurement systems, and demand planning systems.

Experience with warehouse and transportation management systems is a plus.
