Sales associates play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless sales process for customers, addressing their needs, and resolving any concerns they may have. They actively engage with customers, assist in product selection, and contribute to maintaining a secure shopping environment.

Key Accountabilities:

Ensure daily merchandise requests and receipt accuracy from the warehouse and other stores.

Verify correct receipt and dispatch of merchandise in the section.

Ensure proper tagging and barcoding of merchandise.

Assist management in identifying potential shoplifters.

Supervise categories consistently, remaining vigilant to prevent pilferages.

Provide attentive service to customers at all times.

Greet customers and establish eye contact to determine their needs.

Assist customers in making purchase decisions and suggest alternative products.

Inform customers about new arrivals and styles to encourage add-on sales.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduates or High School with Diploma.

Language: English (mandatory), Arabic (beginner/intermediate).

Job Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in basic MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong selling and influencing skills.

Excellent communication skills.
