The Sales Assistant at AlGooru plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and fostering strong client relationships. This position involves exceeding sales targets, engaging with clients, and optimizing the sales funnel to enhance performance.


Key responsibilities:


Exceed sales targets by employing strategic closing techniques and proactive engagement with existing clients.

Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial customer contact to closing the sale, ensuring prompt and efficient collection of payments.

Analyze sales funnel dynamics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Reach out to parents and students to explain AlGooru's services, understand their needs, and pair them with suitable tutors.

Drive client retention through proactive relationship-building and strategic account management initiatives.

Achieve monthly sales targets through regular follow-ups with new and existing customers.

Decrease response time to user inquiries to enhance responsiveness.

Collect, enter, and report data accurately and efficiently.


Qualifications:


1-3 years of sales or telesales experience.

1-2 years of experience using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.

Familiarity with Saudi consumer culture is essential.

Strong negotiation skills and a goal-oriented mindset.

Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
