The Social Media Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and optimizing company pages across various platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategy through research, platform determination, and audience identification.

- Generate and publish daily content to foster meaningful connections and drive community engagement.

- Optimize company pages on social platforms to increase visibility of social content.

- Moderate user-generated content in line with community guidelines.

- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.

- Analyze social data/metrics to improve performance and implement best practices.

- Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation and coordinate actions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.

- Proven working experience in social media marketing or digital media.

- Fluency in English and Arabic.

Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent consulting, writing, editing, and presentation skills.

- Demonstrable experience with social networking and social analytics tools.

- Knowledge of web design, development, CRO, and SEO.

- Understanding of online marketing and major marketing channels.
