The Data Analyst plays a central role in advocating data methodologies to functional analysts and stakeholders across the company. This position involves close collaboration with teams in marketing, sales, finance, and product development, within a professional, international, and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Access and manipulate large datasets using SQL, Python, and similar tools.

- Design and develop BI dashboards using tools like Sisense, Tableau, or PowerBI.

- Assist in defining KPIs and driving data governance through standardization and communication.

- Create documentation and presentations for management under senior staff supervision.

- Develop analysis and reporting capabilities, monitoring performance and quality control plans for improvements.

- Conduct queries, report writing, and presentation of findings.

- Research and validate entity data using internal and external sources.

- Analyze, specify, test, and implement interfaces, workflow solutions, and reference data solutions.

- Participate in the design, implementation, and interpretation of experiments/trials for strategy refinement.

- Ensure data quality and timely delivery of reports for business use.

- Participate in Analytics & Reporting training sessions to promote data awareness across the organization.

- Work autonomously without supervision.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).

- 2+ years of work experience in analytics, preferably in internet/e-commerce companies.

- Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.

- Skills in Python, R, or similar tools are advantageous.

- Knowledge of statistics and experience with statistical packages (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Attention to detail.

- Written and verbal proficiency in English.
