The Information Technology Manager oversees technology operations, people management, customer relations, and product coordination within a fast-paced warehousing environment. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a focus on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end user applications and software experience, including RF terminals, laptops, computers, printers, and Microsoft-based applications.
- Establish and manage a 24-hour on-site help desk for technology support.
- Determine roles and responsibilities of team members to achieve business objectives.
- Mentor, coach, and conduct performance reviews for team members, including disciplinary actions and interviewing new candidates.
- Develop talent and encourage leadership growth among employees.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers.
- Translate contractual obligations into operational tasks and work closely with customers on tech-related implementation projects.
- Coordinate logistics activities with all other functions of the site and suppliers to optimize production and resource utilization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certification in project management or IT management is preferred.
- Training course in leadership or team management.
Skills & Competencies:
- Deep experience in a fast-paced warehousing environment (10+ years).
- Expertise in leading warehousing and distribution operations.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to own, follow through, and solve operational issues.
- Experience working with customers to improve business operations.

- Financial acumen to interpret and act on P&L statements.
