The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the Saudi Arabian market. This role involves identifying key market segments, building strong client relationships, and managing the entire sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and prioritize key market segments and potential clients within the Saudi Arabian market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, including educational institutions, corporations, and government agencies.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Experience in sales, preferably in the technology sector.
- Experience working in an early-stage company, preferably in B2B or B2G sales.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market dynamics and business culture.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Determined and goal-oriented with a growth mindset.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Based in Riyadh.
