The Distribution Associate is responsible for receiving customer orders, locating purchased items, and packing them for shipment in accordance with established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support in the distribution of products or materials according to established procedures and schedules.

- Receive, verify, and process orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Prepare shipping/delivery documents, including distribution logs, delivery/transfer notes, and shipping labels.

- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with relevant departments to ensure adequate stock availability for distribution.

- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking information and delivery status.

- Handle and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments, such as damaged goods or delivery delays.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills & Competencies:

- Proven experience in distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations.

- Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures, including preparing shipping documents and coordinating transportation.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for inventory management and order processing.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written (Arabic & English), with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
