The Store Keeper is responsible for managing all stock, staff, and inventory control activities. This includes maintaining accurate records of stock, handling incoming materials, and ensuring the availability of supplies within established levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and reconcile incoming materials with purchase orders.

- Document and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.

- Maintain accuracy of the inventory system by updating records of physical inventory, receipts, adjustments, and returns.

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure they are within established minimum and maximum levels.

- Keep up-to-date records of receipts, withdrawals, and stockroom activities.

- Manage stock rotation and coordinate disposal of surplus items.

- Handle freight, equipment movement, and minor repairs.

- Maintain supplier relations and database, fostering high ethical relationships internally and externally.

- Process purchase orders and perform low-value procurement activities using purchasing card.

- Arrange shipping for cancelled or damaged items back to suppliers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or diploma degree in a related field.

- Valid driver’s license.

Skills & Competencies:

- Experience in storekeeping and general warehousing.

- Proficiency in computer skills, especially MS Excel.

- Ability to prepare reports.

- English language proficiency.
